lilis

Beta

A managed coworker for the messages that run your business.

Email and texts come in. lilis reads them, prepares the reply, reminder, or next step, and a person approves it before anything goes out. Hosted, bilingual, and tuned every month by the studio that built it.

  • It proposes, you approve. Every send is confirmed by a person.
  • Spending limits and never-automate rules are enforced mechanically, not suggested to the model.
  • It answers the phone too. Calls land in the same inbox as email and texts, with the same approval step.

Principles

How I think about building.

01

Fewer things, finished.

I build a small number of things and finish them. The graveyard of half-built side projects taught me this one personally.

02

The system remembers so I don't.

ADHD founder. The tooling does the remembering (tickets and journey maps) so my brain can do the building.

03

Boring stack, interesting product.

Postgres, Bun, Next.js, Hono. The stack should disappear. If you remember my infrastructure, something went wrong.

04

Build in public. Ship in private.

Thinking out loud refines the idea. First drafts belong in a notebook, not a press release.
